Chartered on 5th November 1997, the Rotaract Club of Kathmandu Mid-Town (RID 3292) is a sponsored social club of the Rotary Club of Kathmandu Mid-Town. We bring together young professionals and students aged +18 to enhance skills, address community needs, and build global friendships.

Rotary Club of Kathmandu Mid-Town
Founded in 1989 at a defining moment for Rotary worldwide, the Rotary Club of Kathmandu Mid-Town has consistently set benchmarks in inclusion, service, and commitment. From pioneering women’s membership and introducing Nepal’s first breakfast club to achieving 100% Paul Harris Fellow status and producing district-level firsts in Rotary Foundation leadership, Mid-Town stands as a symbol of progress, vision, and enduring impact.
Karunamaya Foundation Nepal
The main goal of Karunamaya foundation is to develop education in rural communities in Nepal. After the devastating earthquake that struck Nepal on April 2015, we decided to bring our help providing infrastructure to public schools and training to their teachers. Our goal is to have a socio-economic impact in Nepal helping children and young people to grow up and acquire independency by facilitating them access to basic education and personal development.
Ours is a selfless involvement aimed to touch the heart by providing services. “With a Difference to Make a Difference”
Rotaract Club of Peninsula
Peninsula Rotaract Club was chartered on May 7th 2010 with 11 members, and had over 70 members in the 10 years since. The sponsoring Rotary clubs were the Rotary Club of Peninsula 2.0 and the Rotary Club of Seaford Carrum Downs.
Members participated in professional development activities including first aid training, mentoring interactors, attending and presenting at a Rotary leadership camp (RYLA), going to local and national conferences and participating in Rotaract Club Officers Training.
